Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however, your card will not be charged until we have confirmed item availability. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be prepared and dispatched as soon as possible. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.


Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days, you should receive your order within 10-14 working days. If you are ordering from Ireland or The republic of Ireland please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your purchase. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@alfur.co.uk so that we can help. Please Note: Some UK post codes will incur additional charges, postcodes IV16 –IV29, IV37-IV56, PH15-PH50, PA20-PA78, KW and HS may be subject to additional charges that will be quoted upon order. Please be aware that some of our larger items will be delivered via a 2 man team, our delivery teams are only authorised to leave the items in the front room on the ground floor. Such items include, large sofas, heavy tables such as marble and granite and other heavy items.

Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@alfur.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf. If you accept delivery of a damaged item then we may not be able to offer you a refund so please check all items thoroughly before accepting. If you have accepted an item and report it damaged after 7 days we can not accept a return or refund you.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. 

Please be aware that we can not accept returns on all items, if an item is damaged or defected we will either replace or repair the item but items that are not damaged or defected may not be available for refund or return. Items that are available for return, and should you wish to make a return, you will need to bring this to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). If your return is accepted we will refund your account within 48 hours and the time the money takes to reach your account will then depend on your bank. Please be aware that this can sometimes take up to 14 working days and is out of our hands.
