A) No, we are an online only store, we believe that the customer should get the best possible value and we believe that all savings on physical stores can be passed on to the customer, giving the customer maximum value for money.

 

Q) Is my payment secure?
A) Yes, we only offer the use of secure payment gateways in order to give our customers the best possible experience.


Q) Once I have placed my order what happens next?
A) You will receive email confirmation of your order, and then if the item is in stock you will receive the item usually within 7-10 working days however due to the current climate, please don't be alarmed if the item takes closer to 10-20 working days, if the item is not in stock you will receive notification by email to inform you of this and the payment will be returned.

 

Q) Will you match a price if I find it cheaper elsewhere?
A) If you find any products on our site that you have seen with a better price elsewhere, we will make every effort to match the price. Just send us an email.

 

Q) Is the item I ordered in stock? 
A) If the item appears in stock on our website then yes, the item should be in stock, please be aware that due to COVID-19 and the current climate, we are having some supply chain issues just like everyone else will be we are sure, because of this some items are low stock and can go out of stock very quickly, if you place an order and the item goes out of stock before processing, your payment will be refunded immediately.
