As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however, your card will not be charged until we have confirmed item availability.
Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be prepared and dispatched as soon as possible.
If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Once your order has been placed, assuming the item is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days, you should receive your order within 10-14 working days.
If you are ordering from Ireland or The Republic of Ireland please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of your purchase.
We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help.
We offer free delivery to the whole of mainland UK to all orders over the value of £200. A shipping fee of £10 will be required for all orders under the value of £200. (includes Wales and Scotland)

Please be aware that some of our larger items will be delivered via a 2 man team, our delivery teams are only authorised to leave the items in the front room on the ground floor. Such items include, large sofas, heavy tables such as marble and granite and other heavy items.
We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to email@example.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
If you accept delivery of a damaged item then we may not be able to offer you a refund so please check all items thoroughly before accepting.
If you have accepted an item and report it damaged after 24 hours we can not accept a return or refund you.
If an item is damaged or defected we will either replace or repair the item, please report the damaged item to us within 24 hours via firstname.lastname@example.org, after 24 hours has passed any damages will be deemed to have occurred after delivery.
We encourage you to thoroughly check all items upon delivery in the presence of the delivery driver before signing for any delivery.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees.
If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Please be aware that all returns must be in there original packaging and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Change of Mind
Should you change your mind and wish to make a return, you will need to bring this to our attention within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Once your return has been approved the item(s) must be shipped back to an address that we have stated at the time of approval.
Once items are dispatched by you they must be delivered to us within 30 working days of initial delivery. The customer (you) will be responsible for the delivery and costs associated with the returns of said item(s).
All items must be in their original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. Once we have received your return and the item has been inspected a refund will be issued in due course.
If you are returning an item over the value of £100 we advise that a shipping service that provides tracking is used, or shipping insurance is purchased, to ensure that we receive the item(s) or the cost is covered.
